ONLINE CIRCLE
Weekly or bi-weekly this is an online offering to introduce you to the Man Aligned community across Canada. Connecting with other men, checking in and using this space to be safe, vulnerable and accepted.

THE ALIGNMENT JOURNEY
This 8 weeks program consists of 8 weekly meetings online working in a small container of men, creating a safe space for connection, vulnerability and community.
Approaching the main 4 pillars of embodiment we use at Man Aligned along the 4 main masculine archetypes.
THE INNER CHILD JOURNEY
Embark on a transformative journey into the depths of your psyche as we delve into the rich tapestry of boyhood archetypes In this immersive 8 week online journey, you'll embark on a profound exploration of the inner child, uncovering the hidden patterns and dynamics that shape your identity and influence your adult life.
deep dive experience
The DEEP DIVE Experience is a 3 day retreat for MEN who are ready to step up towards their authentic self, to connect in vulnerability and deepen self awareness and self compassion.
