HOW WE ANSWERED THE CALL TO SPREAD MENS WORK

For many men, being disconnected from their emotions is their daily reality. Most men live life thriving as lone wolves causing social isolation or leading to find any other escape tools to avoid thinking about its feelings or emotions. Alcohol, sex, drugs, porn, social media, high adrenaline sports.

The high rates of depression and suicide under men point to a systemic problem.

Combining all of these we identify a society full of unhappy, angry, frustrated, unfulfilled and disconnected men. As social beings, we need each other to thrive. Its’ important reconnect to ancestors traditions and practices that are essential for the wellbeing of the future generations.

Through brotherhood and men's work we have the opportunity to change the pattern of what’s the role of men in today’s society. We have an opportunity to bring back t'he discussion of what is Healthy Masculinity and normalize men reaching out for help and support when suffering from mental health issues.
