This is a 4 week embodiment program 

for those who identify as man and would like to give a step further in their lives.

If you are feeling stuck, tired, procrastinating and have a feeling that everything that you do is not enough. You are not alone brother. This program is to give you space and disciplined practices to support you on the longest journey of your life, from your mind to your heart.

This 4 weeks program consists of 4 weekly meetings online via Zoom working in a small container of men, creating a safe space for connection, vulnerability and community.

The four pillars you are going to work on will be 

1. Intention & Purpose
2. Physical Pillar
3. Shadow & Inner self 
4. Leadership & Service

During this course we are supporting you during the Men’s mental health awareness month.

 This course is your first step in your awakening masculine journey, creating awareness for the parts of the self that haven’t been explored yet and to tap into the hidden power you carry inside you.

By being surrounded by like minded men, creating accountability and community to make sure that everyone feels supported, a sense of belonging and that they are working towards their purpose. You’ll feel safe and seen by other KINGS WARRIOR MAGICIAN AND LOVER in their fullest expression of themselves. Following the learnings from Douglas Gillete and Robert Moore.

The Intention & Purpose Pilar we are working around the Lover archetype, The Lover is the one that puts so much love into his work and with the intention of changing and touching humanity he uses his purpose to infuse his love through his work and with that he gives back his gifts and medicine to Mother Nature and the Great Spirit.

On the Physical Pilar  we are working through movement, yang energy and the Warrior Archetype. With disciplined practices, routines and healthy confrontation will support you on the journey of setting boundaries, creating exercises to the body and mind to sharpen the self and be ready to step up to yourself.

On the Third Pilar we will explore the energy of the Magician Archetype. The one that has power and control over his gifts and knows the best way to resolve each challenging situation because he trusts his inner force and understands that he carries with himself the light of healing and love.

Lastly but not least we enter the Leadership & Service Pilar. Those are the foundations of the King archetype and we are going through the pieces of embodiment that bring everything together in Synthesis. The Leadership & Service pillar will provide you wisdom and practices to maintain this embodiment and growth for after the course is done.

After this course you’ll have a set of practices, routines and enough material to keep doing your embodiment work after the 4 weeks on your own, knowing the existence of the support group and keeping on track and accountable to keep working towards your purpose.
