About the event:
The Deep Dive is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection with other men and brothers. The Deep Dive — now offered as our Winter Camp — brings physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences into one trans-formative journey.
 
This experience unfolds inside the Canadian Winter Wonderland, fully immersed in the wilderness: rustic camping, no phone signal, surrounded by ancestral mountains in the Alberta Rockies.
 
Men often say they’ve done their deepest work at a Deep Dive and have formed lifelong connections with brothers from their regions through Man Aligned events.
 
What is the Deep Dive / Winter Camp?
This style of event is a 15–20 men container, experienced in intimate teams and facilitated by Man Aligned Leaders who have been working with men and healing for years.
curiosity in a safe space with people you trust. By bringing awareness to these parts, men reclaim agency over their actions and empower themselves to live more deliberately and consciously. Play Depth and Adventure are the key pillars we are created upon. Its not always deep inner work, although that may occur, we play and adventure in a variety of ways in these beautiful mountains.
 
This Winter Camp invites men to go inward together in community, to sit with the silence of winter, and to reconnect with their inner fire — the flame that will support their growth as they move toward the spring and the next chapter of their lives.

Through somatic practices and proven techniques, facilitators support men in working with the unconscious mind to uncover parts of the self that have been repressed or hidden over time, such as:
