WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK - Due to the physical demands of this adventure: I am physically capable and assume any risk of injury, damage, or death which I may incur because of my participation in this Man Aligned Deep Dive retreat. I understand and agree that this adventure, the organisers of this event, the event directors, event workers, volunteers, first aid attendants, any other individual or entity associated with this event, or any other participant will not be held responsible for my safety, will not serve as a guardian of my safety, will not be held liable in any way for any occurrence which may result in my injury or death, or for any and all damages to me, my family, my heirs or assigns. If I have any food allergies or other known allergies, I will inform the Man Aligned Leadership prior to the event starting. As well any kind of physical issues, any kind of medications you are on and if you have any kind of other physical or mental issues that we should be aware of. MEDIA RELEASE I give the organiser of this Man Aligned Deep Dive my consent to use my picture, voice &/or video recording, for the purpose of current and future publications, promotions, and advertisement on all sources of media, including all or any aspects of social media.
