MASTERMIND program
The Man Aligned Mastermind Program is a subscription-based, weekly online series tailored for men’s work practitioners and those passionate about supporting men’s growth. Each week, expert facilitators lead masterclasses packed with real-life case studies, practical tools, and insights into topics like emotional well-being, embodiment, and healthy masculinity. THE ALIGNMENT JOURNEY
Working in a small container of men, creating a safe space for connection, vulnerability and community. Approaching the main 4 boyhood archetypes. along the 4 main masculine archetypes. Embark on a transformative journey into the depths of your psyche as we delve into the rich tapestry of archetypes In this immersive 12 weeks program we will dive deep on a profound exploration of the inner self uncovering the hidden patterns and dynamics that shape your identity and influence your life.

Experience a full-day, in-person immersion designed to help you connect with yourself and others on a deeper level. Our Day Immersions offer a powerful, focused environment where men can engage in personal growth, authentic expression, and brotherhood.
DEEP DIVE EXPERIENCE
The DEEP DIVE Experience is a 4 day retreat for MEN who are ready to step up towards their authentic self, to connect in vulnerability and deepen self awareness and self compassion..

ONLINE CIRCLE
Weekly on Thursdays this is an online offering to introduce you to the Man Aligned community across Canada. Connecting with other men, checking in and using this space to be safe, vulnerable and accepted.

EMOTIONAL ATMOSPHERE
Dive into a 8-week online journey designed to map and understand the landscape of your emotions. Through this course, you’ll explore emotional intelligence, learning to identify, navigate, and express your feelings with clarity. Using bioenergetics, somatic release and breathwork - learn how to welcome and move your emotions in a good way.
