Who is this for? 

The Deep Dive is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection and witness of other men and brothers. The Deep Dive is type of retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences.

This style of event is a 10-15 man container, experienced on intimate teams, facilitated by Man Aligned Leaders that have been working with man and healing over the past years.

Men have often say they have done their deepest work on a Deep Dive and have formed life long connections with other brothers from their regions though Man Aligned events. We are a FAMILIA and you're invited to be a part of it.

What is the Deep Dive ?

The Deep Dive is about acknowledging the existence of those inner-shadows and getting curious about exploring them in a safe space with people they trust. By accepting the shadow self the individual can start to see how thoughts and emotions influence their behaviour. And by creating awareness to them they can take control over their actions and also empower the self to live more deliberately and consciously.

Creating a safe space for men to connect in brotherhood and access part hat has been hidden from themselves and bring light and love for those emotions to rise and be held in a comfort zone.

Through somatic practices and proven techniques it allows the facilitators to work with the unconscious mind in order to uncover parts of the self that have been repressed and hidden overtime. Such as:

The Deep Dive is a small container of like minded men that are looking for growth, self-awareness and a space to be seen as they truly are. This program will bring you light and a sense that you're not alone on this journey.
