The DEEP DIVE Experience is a 3 day retreat for MEN who are ready to step up towards their authentic self, to connect in vulnerability and to deepen self awareness and self compassion. 

This is the perfect event for those who might not have a full understanding what shadows are but are ready to bring light to emotions, traumas and triggers that have been pushed back or forgotten overtime.

The first ever INTERNATIONAL Deep Dive Experience will be in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hometown of our co-founder Hugo and we are honoured to invite you to dive deep into yourself but also into this beautiful and ancient land that is the Atlantic Forest of Rio.

We are offering different practices from somatic and relational work, physical movement, breathwork, sound healing, indigenous cultural exchange, sensorial trails to waterfalls and much more. 

The land is a farm with a structure that was kept from the 50's, located in Miguel Pereira which is 2 hours away from the city of Rio. We will provide transportation from Rio to the participants, accomodation and food. There are different waterfalls and trails inside the land and we really encourage you to explore nature and dive deep on this opportunity to be in Brazil with a local.
